Anne Hill Carter
Anne Hill (Carter) Lee (1773-1829) married Henry Lee III (Light Horse Harry Lee) in 1793 at Shirley Plantation in Charles City County, Virginia where she had been born. They lived at Stratford Hall Plantation in Westmoreland County, Virginia and were the parents of Confederate General Robert E. Lee (1807-1870).
