Bally Sagoo
Bally Sagoo is a music artist who was born in New Delhi, India and brought up in Birmingham, England, in a predominantly Black neighbourhood, listening to disco and Motown music. He is one of the pioneers of fusing Indian music with Western dance music and is sometimes called "The Godfather of Bhangra". Some of his music was used in Gurinder Chadha's film Bend It Like Beckham. He worked together with Amitabh Bachchan and produced Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan's album "Magic Touch".
