Boris Efimovich Efimov (Russian: Борис Ефимович Ефимов) (born 28 September 1900) was a Russian political cartoonist and propaganda artist during the Soviet Union era. While his name seems to be best known in English as "Efimov", an alternative transliteration of "Yefimov" is also sometimes used.

Efimov began his career circa 1919, drawing political cartoons for various Russian newspapers, including Russia's most popular and well-known Communist daily, Pravda.

During World War II Efimov produced propaganda posters for the Soviet government.
