Churu
Churu is a town in the desert region of Rajasthan, India.Churu is administrative district of the state of Rajasthan. It lies in Thar Desert. In the winter it reaches sub-zero temperatures.It was founded in 1620 AD by Jat cheiftan Churu. It is famous for shifting sand dunes of Thar Desert and beautiful grand Havelis with marvelous fresco paintings.It has some fine Chhatris also.
