Darren Johnson (born 1966) is a Green Party politician in England and a member of the London Assembly, where he is the leader of the Green Party group. He was one of the Principal Speakers of the Green Party in 2002 and was their candidate for Mayor of London in 2000 and 2004.

He is also a councillor in the London Borough of Lewisham. He was the Green Party parliamentary candidate for the constituency of Lewisham Deptford in the United Kingdom general election, 2005 where he himself lives. He received 11.5% of the vote.
