DEViANCE is an underground group which reportedly began on 1 January 1999 and is one of a number of groups which partake in the cracking of software protection and circulation of "warez" (pirated software). They do not have a website; they say they don't need one.

DEViANCE has received a good degree of infamy for cracking and releasing large software titles days before or hours within a retail release. A noteworthy example was the release of Unreal Tournament 2004 by DEViANCE 24 hours before Atari's official release date of 16 March 2004.

DEViANCE also creates and releases keygens, small programs which can create valid product keys for games and other software programs.
