Dozer (Matrix character)

Dozer is the name of a fictional character (played by Anthony Ray Parker) in the science fiction film, The Matrix.

Spoiler warning: Plot or ending details follow.

In the movie, both Dozer and his younger brother Tank are said to have been born in the Real World, in Zion. Thus, Dozer doesn't have the 'holes' on his body that the other character have which allow them to connect to The Matrix. When Cypher betrays the crew of the Nebuchadnezzar, he is killed.

Dozer was married to Cas and had two young children in Zion. Also living in Zion was his sister Zee. After his death, Zee's husband Link took the job of operator of the Nebuchadnezzar in respect of Dozer's wishes.
