Elections in Moldova gives information on election and election results in Moldova.

Moldova elects on national level a head of state - the president - and a legislature. The Parliament (Parlamentul) has 101 members, elected for a four year term by proportional representation. The president is elected for a four year term by parliament. Moldova is a one party dominant state with the Communist Party of Moldova in power. Opposition parties are allowed, but are widely considered to have no real chance of gaining power. This might change in the next elections with proof that democractic movements are gaining hold in post-Soviet countries such as Ukraine and Georgia (see Orange Revolution and Georgian Velvet Revolution).
