The Glimmer Man
The Glimmer Man is a 1996 action film directed by John Gray in which a detective has to find a serial killer, and uncovers a dastardly conspiracy. The Glimmer Man (Cole) supposedly got his moniker in Vietnam, where his targets would see only a glimmer in the dense vegetation, and then be killed.
The film stars Steven Seagal (as "Glimmer Man" Jack Cole), Bob Gunton, Brian Cox, Michelle Johnson, Keenen Ivory Wayans, Johnny Strong, and Ryan Cutrona.
