The Green Party of the United States (GPUS) is the national political party committee of the Green Party in the United States, as recognized by the Federal Election Commission.

The Green Party of the United States officially formed in 2001 from the earlier Association of State Green Parties, and received national committee statue in November of 2001.

In 2004, the Green Party of the United States nominated David Cobb and Pat LaMarche as their Presidential and Vice-Presidential ticket.

Prominent consumer rights activist Ralph Nader ran with the support of the Green Party in 1996 and was nominated by the Association of State Green Parties for the 2000 presidential elections.
