Horio Tadaharu
Horio Tadaharu (堀尾 忠晴; 1596 – October 26, 1633) was a tozama daimyō in Edo period. His father was Horio Tadauji and his grandfather was Horio Yoshiharu. He was the third leader of the Matsue clan.
In 1604, Tadaharu succeeded to a house because his father, Tadauji died young. However, he was so young that his grandfather, Tadaaru ruleded his clan, Matsue clan. In 1611, Tadaharu died, and he came to rule by himself. In 1619, when Hukushima Masanori's domain was seized, Tadaharu played a role in receiving Hiroshima Castle, which was a Masanori's castle.
In 1633, Tadaharu died. Horio clan ended since he had no successors.
