Microsoft Office Picture Manager

Microsoft Office Picture Manager is a software program included with recent versions of the Microsoft Office suite for Windows. It is a basic image-editing program, designed to be similar to Adobe Photoshop Elements and other such programs.

The Picture Manager has a few capabilities not present in the Paint program included with Windows, but not too many. It has the ability to crop, resize, and convert images between various formats, but for more than just very basic tasks users would probably wish to use a more powerful program such as Adobe Photoshop or The GIMP.
