Nokia 9210 is a third generation Communicator series smartphone produced by Nokia, introduced in 2000. It greatly improved on the second generation Nokia 9110, providing colour main screen, changing to Symbian OS platform and ARM processor. It is one of the few mobile phones able to send and receive fax.

It is used as a normal though bulky mobile phone in closed mode, when it is flipped open it can be used like a very small notebook computer with a half VGA screen.

The american variant is the Nokia 9290.

Replacement models

Nokia has announced two models that will be replacing Nokia 9210 in first quarter of 2005 [1]:

Both new models will include other improvements such as: EDGE, colour 128x128 external display and bluetooth.
