The North Sea Commission is an international organization founded in 1989. It facilitates partnerships between regions connected with the North Sea and promotes the North Sea Basin as a economic entity within Europe.

Unlike most international organizations, the members of the North Sea Commission are primarily subnational entities rather than states.
