Plazoo
The RSS search engine Plazoo was going online in january 2005 and is a public, noncommercial search engine. Plazoo is basically a search engine collecting RSS feeds from news sources and blogs and is comparable to Feedster and others mentioned below. Different to search engines collecting webpages like google or yahoo, Plazoo indexes information very fast after it has been created on the net. Also different is that the sources that are indexed are mainly weblogs and news sources from the media. Together with plazoo's search result subscription (myplazoo), users can create feeds based on their own interests by selecting multiple keywords to be searched for and merging the results into one single RSS feed.
