Right to reside in any Member State of the European Union for European citizens: - privileged category: workers and self-employed - others (students, pensioners, ...).

Privileged category citizens have the right to reside in host EU Member States without any conditions while for others the right of residence is subject to two conditions: - prove health insurance - prove sufficient funds to reside.
