Saving Grace (1985) is a film based on the novel by Celia Gittelson, directed by Robert M. Young. The 112-minute comedy is filmed amidst stunning scenery in Italy, and tells a story of the fictional Pope Leo XIV traveling incognito and ending up getting involved with the people of a small village.

Saving Grace (2000) is a film directed by Nigel Cole. Its tells the story of a woman whose husband commits suicide; left with debts and few skills except her plant-cultivation ability, she takes the suggestion of her gardener and begins cultivating marijuana.
