Small penis humilation, often abreviated to SPH , is a paraphilia which leads to sexual arousal when a male's penis size is ridiculed as being small and/or inadequate. In some cases it is compared to larger men's genitals, or revealed to third parties. It is generally used as a label for erotica, pornography, or sexual fantasy depicting such scenarios.
There is significant variation in what specific scenarios are arousing to a particular individual who identifies himself with an interest in SPH. SPH is sometimes a form of femdom and the purpose of ridiculing the male penis is to establish the superiority of the female.

Small penis humiliation scenarios typically involve an unsatisfied female who complains about the size of the male's genitals. This may be simply play acting on the female's part, or a kind of role play. In point of fact, many doctor's dispute the claim that penis size is significant for female pleasure, citing the lack of nerves deep within the female vagina. A female who genuinely and strongly prefers large-sized penises is sometimes termed a size queen. Size queens, possibly quite rare, are in demand from practitioners of SPH, who sometimes must seek the services of a dominatrix, a female dominant, who is trained to act out these fantasies.

Some psychologists view pre-occupation with penis size as a symptom of general feelings of inadequacy. This view is confirmed by findings that many men who opt for surgical enlargment actually are of average size. Thus the paraphilia of SPH may be a catharsis for men who feel inadequate generally.
Note that SPH is generally a male-oriented practice, even when women participate. It can be seen as having a simple-minded view of female sexual satisfaction, and generally the penis size preference in SPH stories do not correspond to surveys of women's views. Women involved in the scene are usually there at their partners behest.
