The Friday Night Project
The Friday Night Project is a programme that first aired in the United Kingdom on the Channel 4 network in February, 2005.
The show is presented by comics Jimmy Carr, Rob Rouse, Sharon Horgan and roving reporter Lucy Montgomery with sporadic appearances from Abi Titmuss. The presenters are joined each week by a guest presenter and a guest band. Guest presenters have included Vinnie Jones, Kelly Osbourne and Kelly Brook whilst the bands Fightstar, The Bravery, Moby and The Futureheads have also featured.
The web and print publishing company The Friday Project alleges that the series stole its name from their site. This has led to The Friday Project creating a spoof site displaying mis-spelt feedback from Friday Night Project viewers.
