The Torta de Aceite with more than 100 years of Tradition is a product of spanish andalusian patisserie. The sevillian Biscuit is light, crisp, flaky. The Original Torta is made in Sevilla, the capital of Andalucia. The main ingredients are Wheat flour and extra virgin Olive Oil, sesame, anis seeds and anise flavor. Andalusian enjoy the Tortas at any time of the day. Breakfast, afternoon-snack, or as light dessert for the dinner. Due its high porcentage of extra virgin Olive Oil it is healthy alternative to other pastry. Back to history, a woman named Ines Rosales found 1910 an old moorish recipe. From that moment she started with her own business. In a couple of years everybody know the Tortas by Ines Rosales. Ines Rosales is now a synonym for this delicious pastry.
