Transcarpathia, or Zakarpattia (Закарпаття) in Ukrainian, may refer to:

Carpathian Ruthenia, a historic region whose territory is currently divided between Hungary, Slovakia and Ukraine;
A Ukrainian administrative unit, Zakarpattia (Transcarpathian) Oblast (province), whose capital is Uzhgorod.
