Tyco International is a Bermuda-based conglomerate.
Tyco is the former name of Mantua Industries. The name was derived from the phrase TYler COmpany after its founder, John Tyler. The company manufacturered model trains. It was shut down October 31, 2001.
Tyco Toys was acquired by Mattel in 1996.
