UDMH

Unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine (UDMH) (1,1-Dimethylhydrazine) is a hypergolic rocket fuel ingredient, often used in combination with the oxidiser, nitrogen tetroxide. UDMH is toxic, a carcinogen and can explode in the presence of oxidisers. During the 1980's there was concern about the levels of UDMH in in various foods being a cancer risk, especially for apple juice.
