Vindicator (Heather MacNeil Hudson, a.k.a. Guardian) is a fictional character, a Canadian superheroine in the Marvel Universe, and a former leader of Alpha Flight. She was created by Chris Claremont and John Byrne.

The wife of James MacDonald Hudson (who also briefly used the Vindicator name before eventually settling on Guardian), she was asked by the membership of Alpha Flight to take over leadership of the team when he was apparently killed, and accepted. Initially, she led purely as a non-combatant, before eventually adopting a copy of her husband's battlesuit. Eventually, he returned, and her suit was altered to work based on thermal properties so as not to duplicate his technology directly.

Recently, he and Heather had a child, an as-yet-unnamed girl, and are currently en route with their child and several other members of Alpha Flight to return a clutch of Plodex eggs to their homeworld. Still more recently, an accident brought temporal copies of most of the original Alpha Flight, from a time before his "death", to the present, including a copy of Heather. While she is not a member, this group are currently acting as Alpha Flight in the present day.
