Western Visayas one of the regions of the Philippines, is designated as Region VI. It consists of six provinces, namely, Aklan, Antique, Negros Occidental, Capiz, Guimaras and Iloilo. The region demarcates the territory occupied by the native speakers of Hiligaynon. Iloilo City is the administrative center of the region.

Palawan, formerly part of Region IV-B, was moved to this region on June 5, 2005.
